The various programs that ASP offers are designed to assist you financially, socially, and academically. As a participant of the Academic Success Program, you can connect with all of the great programs and services we offer.
*Booklending Service
This service strives to relieve the financial burden of higher education’s academic textbooks. Please fill out an application and you may be eligible to borrow textbooks for an entire quarter!
FALL 2009 APPLICATION IS CLOSED. Please come back in December for the Winter 2010 Booklending Application! :)
- Fall Quarter 2009 Book Redistribution will be on MONDAY, OCTOBER 5TH from 11:00a - 4:00p. Please note that REDISTRIBUTION IS ONLY FOR THOSE WHO APPLIED FOR BOOKLENDING.
- Books can be returned at any time during the quarter. The return dates and times during finals week will be announced shortly!
*LEAD (Leadership Enrichment And Developemnt) Internship
How satisfied are you about the UC San Diego campus? Although things may be good, it can always be better. This is your opportunity to become an intern to put your ideas into action in this year-long internship. Experience the opportunity to engage yourself in retention projects that will impact the UC San Diego community and help retain students like yourself! *Peer Counseling & Mentoring (PCM) Program
We offer a number of office hours for consultation on anything from creating your own retention programs for your student orgs or your personal matters in your everyday life. This Peer Counseling Program is designed to help you in a personal environment where you can connect with students in a safe space on campus.
Adopt a mentee! Help a fellow student find their niche at UC San Diego and get involved in special Mentor/mentee events and activities!
Sign-up to be a mentee! Develop a one-on-one relationship with an experienced student that can you give you the answers you need!
